Terms for paddling with us

1. Who keeps the shore

These terms govern your use of graniteshorelodge.com ("Granite Shore Lodge", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of graniteshorelodge.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may launch a canoe here

Only people aged 19 or over may use Granite Shore Lodge. Using it means you confirm that you are 19 or over.

3. Coins of the shore are virtual

• All games use virtual coins, given out at no charge.
• Coins hold no monetary value. They are not money, not credit and not property.
• It is not possible to purchase, sell, withdraw, transfer or exchange coins for money, goods, services or prizes, and no in-app purchases are offered.
• We put up no prize that has real-world value.
• At any time we may change or reset coins, levels and features.

4. No real-money gambling on the lake

You will find no real-money gambling on Granite Shore Lodge, offered or promoted, and no links out to gambling operators.

5. Your account and its paddle

• Flapjack Galley and Old Oak Cache need a free account; Mistbasin Dawn does not. Each person may have one account, and accounts are not to be shared.
• Do not give your password to anyone. If another person has used your account, let us know without delay.
• Delete your account whenever you like from the account page. It happens straight away and cannot be reversed.
• Accounts used to disrupt the site, or which we believe are held by someone under 19, may be suspended.
• Coins, levels and missions are part of the account, are not your property and may be reset.

6. Fair use of the shore

Never try to disrupt the site, point automated tools at it, offer to trade coins, or let a person under 19 use it.

7. Rough water: availability and liability

We provide the site “as is” and may change or withdraw any part of it. If something malfunctions, all plays and pays are void. These terms do not limit any liability that the law says cannot be limited, and they leave your statutory rights untouched.

8. Governing law on the shore

Ontario provincial law, and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, govern these terms.
